Shipping & Returns

FREE Shipping in the USA:

We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders, with no minimum order size. Our orders ship via USPS 1st class mail, USPS Priority mail, or FedEx Ground, depending on the order. The average delivery time is 3-5 days. We will make every effort to ensure your order is processed quickly. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

FREE Returns in the USA:

We believe that if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you should not have to pay for return shipping. Therefore, we offer FREE return shipping, and a 14 day return policy if you would like to return or exchange any socks. Upon receipt of your order, you will be credited for a full refund. You should receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, SOCKS MUST BE UNWORN, UNOPENED AND ENCLOSED WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING LABEL IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED FOR A FULL REFUND. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT WORN SOCKS FOR HYGENIC REASONS.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You may also email returns@vivarati.com with any questions or concerns

Other Shipping Options:
If you need the socks delivered faster than the FREE shipping option (3-4 days on average), then select a faster shipping method at checkout through Fedex.


Shipping to Canada:

For all you Canadian men who need modern dress socks:
Shipping to Canda is a flat rate of $15 via Fedex Ground (3-5 business days).  If you require faster shipping please select it during checkout.  At this time we will not be covering the cost of return shipping for orders sent to Canada.


International Shipping:

Vivarati has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers.

Please note that International Checkout coordinates your Vivarati.com order and is responsible for all billing, shipping and customer service issues related to your International order:

• Select your socks at http://vivarati.com and put your items in your cart.
• Select the International Shipping link in the cart.
• Confirm the items in your cart are ready for purchase and proceed to International Checkout by selecting the International Checkout button.
• The style name and price will be transferred to International Checkout for processing
• To complete your order, you will be asked to fill in shipping and billing information on the International Checkout website

Unfortunately, at this time we do not cover the cost of return shipping on international orders.
